All rooms are large and are fitted with twin or double beds. Shower toilets or en suite bathrooms, air conditioning or ceiling fans, Heating, constant hot water, 24 hour snack service from reception, wifi in most rooms forms part of the offer and coffee is provided at no extra cost during the morning.

The Hostal charges 45.00 euros per room during the low season and 65.00 euros during the summer peak season.
The Hostal is exceptional well maintained and extremely well decorated to a very high standard. The Hostal has a Reception area, TV and Coffee lounge with bar and kitchenette for snacks.

The present owners do not serve breakfast as they find that due to the high volume of rooms would be rather difficult to cope with and as the restaurant is not operational there is not enough space to cater everyone in the coffee lounge or roof terrace.

The site is composed of two freeholds, one is the ground floor restaurant which is approx 160m2 which is fully fitted and the other is the hostel itself which comprises of basement plus first, second and third floor with 43 rooms. The restaurant is brand new and is fully functional in terms of fittings however no license is in place and would need to be applied for.
